二.Operation instructions
1.Should consider the safety measure while heating the nitre salt solution , prevent the explosion accident .
2.At nitre salt or the alkali is the solid, the electric heat component should decrease the voltage to use , rise to the specified voltage after medium is all melted.
3.Should check its insulating ability in front of using the electric heat component , when lower than 1MΩ? cool insulatingly, component put in temperature is it is it can return to normal several hours to bake to bake over a slow fire among the degrees Centigrade of drying cabinetsing.
4.Component working environment of electric heat : Temperature is not greater than 95%, the voltage can't exceed 1 of specified value . 1, outer cover should effective earth.
5.Notice the wiring tip should be avoided contacting with the nitre salt vapoured while using the electric heat component of Model GYXY, in case that the wiring end very beginning discharges.
6.The fastener which is heated the component is M27 *2
7.Must highly pay special attention to the liquid the size B of heavy rain, otherwise extremely apt to burn out the tube , while wiring, the end of a thread of butt joint is not exerted oneself too quicklily. |
